Hellblad Invest becomes part owner in Seven District AB
Hellblad Invest today announces that it has subscribed for shares in the ongoing rights issue in Seven District AB, a Swedish investment company based in Borås. The investment in Seven District is the first investment in an unlisted company made by Hellblad Invest and is the start of a new segment of holdings in the investment portfolio.
Seven District is an investment company that combines entrepreneurship with experience, knowledge and capital to accelerate growth and realize the full potential of companies. Seven District invests primarily in companies headquartered in Sweden that are or can become market leaders in a well-defined niche, from early stages up to approximately SEK 500 million in turnover.
The investment portfolio of Seven District consists of companies that use technology to create competitive advantage and strive to play an important role in positively influencing social development. Currently, the portfolio includes Kvaser, Rapid Images, Qamcom, ACRE, Ocean Collective, Devant, Easycom, Visiba Group, Sightic Analytics and Intelligent Aerial, as well as seven companies in the early-stage accelerator portfolio 7Dx.
